Customers Are Likely to Expand Existing and New Project Work with Miller Fabrication Solutions, 2024 Customer Survey Shows
Company receives high marks in value, customer satisfaction and quality
BROOKVILLE, Pa. – June 12, 2025 – Most customers expect to expand the work they do with Miller Fabrication Solutions, according to results of the company’s 2024 customer survey. Miller is a leading steel fabricator serving global original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). For its annual survey, the company queried key contacts at its customer organizations, which include heavy industries like power generation, rail maintenance, construction and mining.
Eighty percent of the company’s OEM customers reported they are likely to expand their work with Miller as a strategic supplier partner on new projects, a 10% jump from 2023. Seventy-two percent indicated they are likely to expand their existing project work with Miller, up from 63% in 2023.
Miller’s Net Promoter Score rose 18 points – from 29 to 47 – demonstrating that its customers are increasingly likely to recommend the company to others. The NPS global benchmark is 47, according to SurveyMonkey.
Other highlights from the 2024 customer survey include:
- 88% of customers ranked Miller’s value as excellent or above average in overall solutions, a 13% increase from last year’s survey.
- Miller received an overall customer satisfaction rating of 96%, up 4% from 2023.
- Product quality averaged 4.5 out of five, with 92% of respondents giving Miller four or five stars.

While Miller received positive marks in delivery precision, the company is taking steps to further improve in this critical area, primarily by focusing on reducing loss time in production.
