Infographic: 2021 Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
The COVID-19 pandemic tested the resiliency of OEM supply chains around the world. Through the continued communication and commitment of our customer relationships, Miller emerged as a stronger strategic supplier-partner to existing customers and several new ones over the past year. We saw a record number of customer responses to the annual Miller Customer Satisfaction Survey this year, representing a 16% increase over 2020. We appreciate the thoughtful feedback of our customers – but it’s not just about what we did right, but how we can improve moving forward. That’s why we also include new initiatives that are intended to address customer comments.
