BROOKVILLE, Pa. – May 1, 2026 – Miller Fabrication Solutions, a leading steel fabricator serving global original equipment manufacturers, is accelerating its next phase of growth with the addition of two seasoned executives: Girish Iyer has joined the company as executive vice president focused on business operations and growth, and Peter Martinson has joined as the new chief technology officer.

Iyer: A Proven Leader Focused on Growth and Operations

Iyer will oversee all of Miller’s core operations – including business development, sales, operations, supply chain, engineering, safety and quality – across four manufacturing facilities and a team of 400 employees.

Prior to joining Miller, Iyer served in roles of increasing responsibility at Cummins Inc. and spent the last 10 years as an entrepreneur, chief growth officer and advisor. He has negotiated and executed contracts of more than $1 billion in the manufacturing, automotive, industrial and energy sectors. He also has completed several acquisitions and joint ventures within the United States and across borders and has significant experience in post-acquisition integration and P&L responsibility for businesses of varying sizes and structures.

Throughout a career spanning more than two decades, Iyer has focused on operations and supply chains, improving product development cycles and organic and inorganic business growth. Iyer’s leadership focus on recruiting, developing and retaining employees to build high-performance teams will enable Miller to accomplish its goals while also developing a strong talent pipeline.

Iyer has an MBA as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering. He completed additional executive programs from Harvard Business School and Kellogg School of Management. He is Six Sigma certified and has authored technical papers for SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) Journals.

Martinson: Cybersecurity and Technology Innovation at the Forefront

Martinson has more than 25 years of information security experience and a proven history of leading vulnerability management and remediation projects; risk assessments; high-profile system integrations; application deployments; cloud computing systems implementation; and infrastructure provisioning across industries including health care, finance, manufacturing and education.

His career spans roles as a virtual chief information security officer, director of incident response, security program manager, data protection officer and senior security consultant, giving him a uniquely broad perspective on both the strategic and operational dimensions of enterprise technology. Martinson is known for his creative and innovative approach to resolving problems and developing teams.

Among his immediate priorities is hardening Miller’s security environment and implementing a safe, secure and private AI system. Martinson also is leading the company’s pursuit of ISO 27001 certification, an internationally recognized standard for information security management.

Martinson earned an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in management of information technology. He also holds several of the industry’s most rigorous cybersecurity certifications, including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation.
